General Terms And Conditionsfor tour packages

01. PASSPORT
Having a passport is an essential thing to travel in Sri Lanka for any foreign traveller. Therefore validity should be extended up to six months onward from the arrival date in Sri Lanka. If in any case we are not allowed go with a travellers without their passport.

02. ACCOMODATION
This is offered with twin sharing basis. All packages are with bed and breakfast only. Also special requirements can be arranged on demand. All the services are really flexible to serve you well with in your vacation.

03. VEHICLE AND TRANSPORT
The duel A/C vehicle will be provided with an English speaking chauffeur. Please note that the chauffer is not a professional tour guide. Food and lodging to the chauffeur will be provided.

04. PAYMENTS METHORD
Payments should be made to our bank account through the bank, which are approved by the government of Sri Lanka.

05. CONFIRM PAYING IN ADVANCE AND FULL PAYMENTS
With accordance to your choice if you agree with our company, 30% of the total value of your package should be paid in advance and the balance of the full payments should be made on arrival to Sri Lanka. Expenses and disadvantages related to the money transferors should bear by the traveler

06. REFUND
IF not notified the cancellation prior to eight weeks of arrival the refund will be withheld. The advance will be refunded if notified, after the deduction of expenses incurred for the reservation of hotels, and transport will be within the period of one month after notification.

07. TRAVEL ASSURANCE
We are strongly recommended to obtain the travel insurance. We are not liable for your health and physical disorders, injury, natural incidents due to the climate that may occur during the tour until departure. Obtaining travel insurance is at your own risk.

08. ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION AND SMOKING.
You are abide by the law of Sri Lanka, It is strongly advised you that the behavior should be according to the civil law of Sri Lanka. Smoking and alcohol consumption in public places are prohibited.

09. CHANGES ITINERARY
Changes can be arranged after the confirmation by prior notice and the possible related expenses will be charged.

10. PERSONAL EXPENSES
Permit should be obtained from the relevant authorities for the usage of the Video camera permit, still cameras and mini bar. Hotel bills such as, E-mail &, Telephone usage, Tips, and others not mentioned in your package.

Condition Applied.

Payment Policy.
• 20% of the tour cost at the time of the confirmation of the tour.
• Full payment 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
• All bank charges should be borne by remitter.
• Refund of funds will be subjected to the bank charges.

Cancellation Policy.
• More than 28 Days Prior: No Charge
• between 14 to 28 Days Prior: 25 % of the value of the entire tour
• Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date – 50% of the value of the entire tour
• Cancellations within 07 days of the arrival date – 100% of the value of the entire tour
• No Refund on Early Departures.

BIOLOGICAL MOTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The rooting service is done on your request and after your 1st payment. We assume your consent to proceed completely until we find fair evidence of your biological family.
  2. By your request and first payment you give us your consent to proceed with your personal / sensitive details which we maintain the confidentiality from our side.
  3. We will only communicate with you via the email that you provide us on your request .In our it’s respond we will give you a 6 digit code BY A CODE CONFIRMING EMAIL. You should put that code in all email and verbal communication with us regarding this sensitive matter .This is to maintain your privacy. It is advised to delete our CODE CONFIRMING EMAIL after you copy it and it is assume that you keep it confidential from your side.
  4. After the 1st payment we do proceed to find your biological mother .But depending on the initial details you provide us it may be take shorter or longer time. If the course get unusually difficult we will take your consent again to proceed further as the cost of the 2nd payment is depend on the cost we bear to find your biological mother.
  5. The Tour that you come to visit your biological mother for the 1st time should be arranged via livineyetours.com and that has to be at least 2 Day I Night Tour.
  6. The COST of DNA testing should be paid by your side.
  7. If in case DNA test doesn’t confirm your biological mother, we will refund your second payment and end the process. But the payment you done for the visiting tour will not be refunded and service and care will continue until your departure.
  8. We do not proceed on the request made by third party. Only the person who seeks his/her biological mother should request us.
  9. After we provide you with the contact details of your biological mother after all payments and confirmation we do not provide details again unless you have extended plan with us.
  10. We do assume you use a proper browser ,adequate refreshing of your browser and proper internet connection to see and read real time information that we have displayed on www.livineyetours.com regarding this service.

EVENT HANDLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LIVIN EYE EVENTS will organize and facilitate your events by work in collaboration with our partners.

LIVIN EYE EVENTS’s terms and conditions for events are set out in full below.
These Terms and conditions are relevant for both local and international customers
Booking and queries

Please book online via http://www.livineyetours.com/event-handling to open a contract.

Bookings are ‘subject to availability’ and therefore LIVIN EYE EVENTS  can not guarantee you a place on any event.

A contract only commenced after LIVIN EYE EVENTS send you a confirmation via an email
Confirmation

An email will sent to you to acknowledge and to confirm that we have received your booking inquiry But that will not commence a contract.

A Booking confirmation will be sent to you by LIVIN EYE EVENTS after an analysis for all on-line bookings.  If you have not received an email confirmation within 72 hours of making the on-line booking, please contact the team at info@livineyetours.com

The detailed booking confirmation email will inform you the Price Quotation for the required event in LKR and the quotation is valid only for 2 weeks from the generated date.

After you received a booking confirmation email by LIVIN EYE EVENTS an advance payment of at least a 50% of full payment needs to be arranged to proceed further .This need to be done within 72hours of the booking confirmation email.

Relevant Bank details will be send to you in the booking confirmation email.
An invoice will be generated and will be sent to you via an email and by post after the advance payment.

Payment terms

Full payment must be made at least one month before the event unless specifically stated depending the time frame of the event.
An invoice will be generated and will be sent to you via an email and by post.
Relevant fluctuations of currency exchange rates should be bared by the customer.

Cancellations

LIVIN EYE EVENTS can cancel an already confirmed event one month before the event. The customer will be informed in writing in case of cancellation and also via an email.

If  LIVIN EYE EVENTS have to cancel the event, it’s liability in the event of cancellation is limited to a full refund of the event fee only. We will not refund the following ;
•    Any travel or hotel costs associated with the cancellation of an event
•    Any fees relating to the joining of a Faculty or Special Interest Group with respect to the event booking.

LIVIN EYE EVENTS accepts no liability if an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond our reasonable control resulting from an act of God, governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion.
If a customer has to cancel an event ,All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to info@livineyetours.com as a proper notification to cancel the event .

The charge for cancelling your booking is:
•    14 days or more before the event – A percentage of a payments that LIVIN EYE EVENTS has made to its partners in organizing your event as defined by those partners.
•    14 days or more before the event - 20% discretionary administration fee applicable
•    Less than 14 days before the event - No refund (transfer to another individual / group only can be done after negotiations )
Non-attendance at Events without proper notification
If you do not attend or cancel your booking properly no refunds are available

LIVIN EYE EVENTS accepts no liability if a delegate is unable to attend an event due to adverse weather conditions or any travel disruption.
No refund can be arranged

Accommodation
In partnership with the accommodation providers , LIVIN EYE EVENTS are able to offer you exclusive offers and discounts for hotels across the Sri Lanka. This is not include in the quotations that we send you in responding to your Event handling inquiry and must be plan via http://www.livineyetours.com/tour-planner

Filming and sound recording
LIVIN EYE EVENTS  reserves the right to film, record or photograph any of your event for the purpose of record keeping. This is not a complete record and if you need such facility that has to be negotiated with us with an adequate time period.
